Whenever I am in Shangri la Mall, I am tempted to eat in Tender Bob’s. The reason I don’t is that the place is very inviting to spend with friends or family. And today is such a perfect time to brave the long queue of patrons in this side of the mall.
With my Mom, Julia, Tita and Yaya Meann, we spend a very special time with a dear friend, Debbie, who is visiting from Bacolod.
I liked the Angus Rice, a house specialty, of fried rice with Angus beef. Also the potato skin with the tartar sauce. Tender Bob’s offer a menu that caters to diverse age groups. Dads and Moms can have their steaks or pasta, salads for vegetarians or on diets, Burgers for Ate and Kuya, Chicken Fingers or Fish and Chips for kinds.
They also have platters– meat or seafood that can be shared among 4 to 6 people. We got a medium well meat platter, which has baby back ribs, roast beef, roast chicken, and grilled porkchops.
Too bad I was not able to take pictures of mud bowl (ice cream) and US Angus steak. I was so excited to eat and enjoy the food. Anyway, there will be definitely a next time.

Wow! I’m a dear friend. I’m touched hehe. Sorry Zee, I ate the US angus beef before you took the picture. Does this mean there’s a next time for us? I enjoyed the steak and the potato skins (something new to me) but what I loved most were the people I had lunch with. It was only last week but I already miss you all. Love you guys!
