Try it with a little kikkoman, it does wonders. I discovered it when I asked hubby to buy me kani salad (take out) in one of the Jap resto near Don Bosco Makati. Apart from the Jap mayo, they also had a separate plastic container for a soy sauce-looking condiment. I assumed it's kikkoman so I tried it when I made my own kani salad. And it tasted much better!
