Ingredients:

1/2 kg Prawns

1 small can of sliced mushrooms, drained and washed

4-6 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tbsp thai chili pasted

4 tbsp osyster sauce

oil for sauteing

pinch of salt

Ingredients for Sweet Chili Prawns

Procedure:

1. Mix oyster sauce and roasted red chili paste. This is available in the Asian section of supermarkets specially in SM Hupermarket.

2. Heat pan. Saute garlic. When half cooked, add mushrooms, and prawns. Cover and let prawns cook. Lower the fire once the water sauce from prawns start to boil.

3. When the shell is rich orange, add in the chili and oyster mix.  Stir to make sure all the prawns are covered with the chili-oyster mix. Cover. Turn off the fire. Leave pot covered.

4. Serve and enjoy.

This recipe can also be done without the prawns. Just use mushrooms and chunks of white onion to serve as side dish to any meal.

Prawns can also be served in the simplest way to cook it by steaming. Make sure to mix some salt first.
